Asha Kanini Project
Pravartak and Asha Chennai, a public charitable trust work for education of the underprivileged, propose to spread the use of Asha Kanini to all government schools, by running a pilot program in Thiruvallur District. Asha Kanini is an application developed by Asha Chennai to provide easy access to best quality digital resources to enhance the classroom teaching experience. Asha Kanini is network independent, support most operating systems and devices, and can be customized to work with any language and curriculum
Pravartak Asha Rural Technology Centre’s (RTC)
Asha Pravartak Rural Technology Centre are launched at Seethanjeri and Kanakamma Chathiram in Tiruvallur District. These Centre’s will take Computer Science Literacy to Remote, Rural Govt Schools and enable tapping of the potential of school students in rural areas. 25 more RTC are being planned in the coming years across Tamil Nadu.
RASA - Regenerative Agriculture Stack Architecture
Regenerative Agriculture is a conservation and rehabilitation approach to food and farming systems..
We also strongly believe that India has all the resources and support systems to quickly realize a perfect regenerative agriculture process.
The RASA is a proposed technology stack that will aid the farmers to monitor and fine-tune their cultivation and harvest process
in a proactive manner so as to realize maximum benefits.
The stack will comprehensively address the entire Farm-to-Kitchen cycle
including pre-cultivation, cultivation, harvest, storage/shipment, marketing and payment. This is enabled by plain text, multimedia and
crucially thr Application Program Interface (API).
Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC)
TIFAC, has conceptualized a scalable pilot demonstration telemedicine project (PLUG and PLAY model) to provide quality medical care to under privileged women and children living in remote areas at affordable costs. The pioneering project aims to demonstrate efficacy of applying cutting edge Tele diagnostic technologies in reaching out to people living in such areas with quality medical care. Through this Technological outreach mechanism, people living in such areas would have access to medical care of such quality which hitherto they were unable to get. The project is being implemented in partnership with IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation and in collaboration of C DAC Mohali.
